I'm Lupita Ferrer, a licensed real estate agent in Bacalar

My name is Ana Guadalupe Ferrer San Román, but everyone calls me Lupita. In 2022 I founded Bacalar Sunrise Real Estate to help families and investors buy in Bacalar with clear information and no surprises.

Before real estate I worked in tourism and hospitality. I was a manager at Destination.mx, running hotels and vacation rentals in Tulum, and a manager at Glamping Serena. That's where I learned what makes a property work: good access, upkeep designed for the climate, paperwork in order, and a design people want to live in.

I studied Tourism and Tourism Management and Development at Universidad Tecnológica del Usumacinta. Today I hold a Quintana Roo State real estate license and work in English and Spanish.
